LOCTITE® EA 9321 AERO is a 2-part thixotropic epoxy paste, which exhibits toughness and retains strength at elevated temperatures. Designed for potting and edge fill to use with various substrates, it comes in ready-to-use packaging configurations for OEM and MRO customers. This product cures at room temperature and yields durable bonds over a wide temperature range.

Aerospace structural paste for potting and edge-fill applications
This 2-part, thixotropic, epoxy paste is ideal for potting and edge-fill. It provides durable bonds over a wide range of temperatures.

Loctite EA 9321 AERO is a two-component thixotropic paste adhesive used for structural bonding, potting, and edge-filling applications. It is ideal for bonding metal, composite, and honeycomb substrates where a high-strength, durable bond is required to withstand the stresses of aerospace environments.
This adhesive is designed for a room temperature cure (typically 5 to 7 days at 25°C). However, for faster production, it can be heat-cured in just 1 hour at 82°C (180°F). Handling strength is generally achieved within 24 hours at room temperature.
The thixotropic nature of Loctite EA 9321 AERO means it has a thick, paste-like consistency that resists sagging or running when applied to vertical surfaces. This makes it exceptionally easy to use for gap filling, edge sealing, and bonding complex airframe components without the adhesive migrating during the cure cycle.
EA 9321 AERO is engineered to retain its toughness and bond strength at elevated temperatures up to 121°C (250°F). Its ability to maintain structural integrity across a wide temperature range makes it suitable for components located near engine nacelles or areas prone to high thermal cycling.
