Available in four distinct formulations — from an economical industry-grade blend to fully MIL-certified aerospace types. Each type is filtered to American standard mesh sizes and available in multiple grain fractions.

TYPE A

UREA · MELAMINE · PHENOL

Made from sprue and not fully hardened Urea-, Melamine- and Phenol-moulding parts. A cost-efficient alternative for general industrial applications where MIL certification is not required.

TYPE II

100% UREA — Fully Hardened

Manufactured from fully (100%) hardened Urea moulding parts, filtered to American standard mesh sizes and treated with an anti-static agent. Certified by the U.S. Air Force for cleaning and paint stripping in the aircraft industry and military sector.

TYPE III

100% MELAMINE — Fully Hardened

Higher hardness than Type II delivers superior blast media efficiency — approximately 20% less abrasive consumption. Manufactured from fully hardened Melamine moulding parts, treated with anti-static agent. The preferred choice for demanding aerospace depainting applications.

TYPE V

100% ACRYLIC — Fully Hardened

Engineered for soft/thin non-ferrous metals and composite parts. Produces no harshness on soft metals or galvanic coatings, with approximately 10% higher stripping rate than Type II and ~50% less media consumption. Ideal for composite airframe structures.
