Three precisely engineered filter layers work in concert — outer structural layer for capacity, middle filtration membrane for particle capture, inner airflow layer to maintain suction. Each layer adds performance without adding resistance.
The patented self-seal tab closes the bag inlet the moment it is removed from the machine. No dust escapes during bag changes — critical in aviation environments where cleanliness standards are non-negotiable.
Genuine HepaFlo bags maintain the correct pressure differential inside the motor housing. Aftermarket bags that allow bypass starve the motor of lubrication and cooling airflow — shortening machine life significantly.
