LOCTITE® EA 9394 AERO is a 2-part, structural adhesive paste possessing excellent strength to 177°C (350°F), room temperature cure, excellent mechanical properties, and low toxicity. It is also a good gap filler and has improved hot / wet properties. It’s qualified to MMM-A-132 and by many OEMs.

Multipurpose/aerospace structural paste for durable bonds at high temperatures

Loctite EA 9394 AERO is a two-part structural epoxy paste used extensively for structural bonding, potting, and liquid shim applications. Its high compressive strength and thixotropic nature make it ideal for repairing honeycomb structures and bonding metal-to-metal components in aircraft parts subject to high stress and heat.
This adhesive is engineered to maintain excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, with a service range up to 350°F (177°C). It provides outstanding high-temperature compressive strength, making it a preferred choice for components near engines or in aerodynamic heating zones.
The standard mix ratio is 100 parts Part A to 17 parts Part B by weight. Once mixed, it offers a long pot life of approximately 90 minutes at room temperature (25°C), providing technicians ample time for complex applications, gap filling, and precision alignment.
EA 9394 AERO can be cured at room temperature or accelerated with heat. At 25°C, it achieves a full cure in 3 to 5 days (with handling strength in 24 hours). For faster turnaround, an accelerated cure of 1 hour at 66°C (150°F) can be used to achieve complete performance.
